After you Book Online we will receive you're itinerary booking, and send a friendly text asking when is a good time to call you to check in and ask if guest have any special request or need to place a drink order or chacuterie board order. We also will send departure dock isntructions via text and email or over the phone if you prefer. We make it very simple and easy with no stress...

Refund Policy...

All guest may cancel 3 days prior to booking departure and receive a full refund.

If guest have to cancel due to any covid related issues 48 hours prior to booking departure you will also receive a full refund.

Any booking cancellation 24 hours before departure you must call to request a partial refund.

All guest will have the option to reschedule if it is raining, or request a refund.

All refunds will be processed 3-5 business days and go directly back onto card guest book with.
